Bloemphysio Fitness Studio Policies

At Bloemphysio Fitness, we are dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all our clients. To ensure that everyone has the best experience possible, we have established a set of guidelines and policies.

Please take a moment to read through our policies regarding bookings, cancellations, class participation, and general studio conduct. Your understanding and adherence to these policies help us maintain the quality and integrity of our services. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out to us.

By signing up for a subscription, you agree to adhere to all the policies included below.

Thank you for being a part of our community!

Booking and Scheduling:

  • Advance Booking: All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Bookings via WhatsApp, phone calls, or in-person will not be accepted.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message upon successful booking through the online system.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time through the online booking system.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel within the notice period and do not attend the class, the session will be deducted from your subscription.

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule a class within the notice period without penalty through the online booking system.

Missed Classes Due to Illness:

  • Notification: If you are unable to attend a class due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp.

  • Extension Policy:

    • For 30-day subscriptions, you may be eligible for a one-time extension of up to 7 days per month if you miss classes due to illness, provided you notify us.

    • For 3-month subscriptions, you may be eligible for an extension of up to 7 days per quarter.

    • A medical certificate may be requested for extensions longer than one week.

Class Cancellations by Bloemphysio Fitness:

  • Notification: If we need to cancel a class, we will notify you at least 12 hours in advance when possible.

  • Compensation: You will receive a credit for the cancelled class that can be used for a future booking within your subscription period.

Subscription Extensions:

  • General Policy: Extensions will only be considered in special circumstances such as prolonged illness or injury.

  • Previous Extensions: If your subscription has already been extended once, further extensions will require management approval and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds:

  • Non-Refundable: Subscriptions and class passes are generally non-refundable.

  • Special Cases: Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., relocation, medical reasons) will be reviewed by management.

General Rules:

  • Timeliness: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

  • Dress Code: Appropriate fitness attire is required for all classes.

  • Conduct: Respectful and courteous behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave the class.

Communication:

  • Non-Refundable: Subscriptions and class passes are generally non-refundable.

  • Special Cases: Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., relocation, medical reasons) will be reviewed by management.

Age Restrictions:

  • Pilates and Yoga: No participants under 16 years old.

  • Rebounding and Zumba: Child-friendly and suitable for participants under 16.

Spectators:

  • No Spectators: For the comfort and focus of all participants, spectators are not allowed during classes.

Food and Beverages:

  • Policy: No outside food or beverages are allowed in the studio. This includes bringing personal mugs, coffee, etc.
