Looking for a way to get fit, back in shape, have fun and just to feel healthy? Join the community! Bloemphysio fitness is exactly what you have been looking for and we look forward to welcoming you to one of our sessions. 

We offer rebounding and pilates classes for everyone and anyone who are interested! Rebounding is known for being high energy, sweaty and one of the most exhilarating types of exercises that you can do, with the added bonus of many incredible benefits! Pilates on the other hand puts an extra emphasis and focus on proper execution and control with each and every movement and exercise. In these classes you will likely discover muscles where you never thought there were any. Pilates is also great for core strength, stability, posture and mobility.

Rebounding Instructor


Mirna is our front runner with rebounding sessions. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and the administrative manager for Bloemphysio Fitness ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Come hop on in, feel the beat and feel alive!

Robyn Liebenberg

Robyn is our progressive pilates and Thursday evening yoga instructor. Her pilates classes are an excellent way to build strength and to reconnect your mind-body connection. On Thursdays we have an absolute ball doing yoga together. Join us for a challenge, community and camaraderie! 

Pilates Instructor

Petro van der Bijl

Petro instructs our foundational pilates sessions on Tuesday evenings. She is also a qualified physiotherapist at Bloemphysio. With an instructor as friendly and welcoming as Petro everyone quickly learns to love and enjoy pilates!
